Due to a sudden failure of one of my retractable screens, Premier was recommend by The Screen Lady so I called. Rick answered the phone, heard my problem and agreed to come out that afternoon. Rick was a great guy to talk with, we were both in the military so we had something in common and as he worked away setting about finding the problem we talked.
