Our flood was noticed at 9:00 PM. Their staff arrived at 1:00 AM, and over the course of the following four and a half hours, they removed wet carpet, vacuumed up excess water, set up numerous dryers, and set up several dehumidifiers to finish the drying process. They returned a couple of days later to assess the situation. For one final day, they then concentrated a few fans on a few still-wet areas. They are extremely professional and informed..................

They came out the same day we called to fix the water damage caused by a leaking water heater. Fortunately, we found it quite promptly, preventing mold. In the den and garage, they installed dehumidifiers and fans. Three days later, when the moisture was back to normal levels, the personnel did an excellent job! Now we just need to schedule the reconstruction.
