Buyer beware! Warranty resolution is next to non-existent and then they will tell you to contact them via email or text, then they will never respond, trying to just “wait you out”. And make sure you get an independent third party home inspection before closing, at the very least! They have no interest in serving you the customer once they get your money. Buyer beware. From start to finish this was the worst experience I have ever come across. First off communication was horrible. Both the listing agent, Leah and Builder would only communicate with our Buying agent. That should’ve been a big enough red flag to run. Anytime we called we were sent to voicemail and replied to with a text. We went out to see a property that was 4 months away from completion which we used as a model in the decision on moving forward with this builder.
