The Premier Rental-Purchase movers damaged my property. They put holes in walls, damaged the floors, steps, handrails, and paint in multiple areas. I spoke to the manager Paul about repairing the damage and he said he was refusing to make it right and that it was his word versus mine. I recommended avoiding this business as they are unethical and do not care about your property.
The best customer service I’ve received in a while. They communicated with me and were very polite. The whole process alone was smooth. Also the delivery was great and quick. I love my items I’ve received.
We love getting our items from Premier, our deliveries have always been on time and the team has always been nice. If stuff arises they work with us. Employees always call and make sure everything is good and this is something we appreciate
Premier is my go to when I want to purchase any new electronics or furniture. They are always so kind and helpful. The manager, Scott is an awesome guy and sales rep for the company.
They are some of the best people I have ever rented from. They are fast friendly and on time the delivery guys go out of the way to make sure your are more than happy. All around some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. My couch and tv.
