Scott is horrible and unprofessional. His lack of professionalism is incredible. He treats employees as if they are nothing. He should appreciate those working for him. I tried to get a stove thru these people. Two men came to deliver it. They had me sign the papers, took the stove out of the truck and put it on the ground. Then they put the stove back in the truck and left. This was around noon. The manager couldn't even find the guys. Finally at 4:40 pm the manager said my floor boards were messed up. The 2 men never even went into my kitchen. My kitchen floor is fine. They are not going to deliver my stove bc the 2 men lied. Premier is high there prices are high. They took the whole last payment of 165.00 when my payment is 99.00. I'm happy I'm done with them.
