I have given over $10k to this business for storage and over $1k for delivery. I was happy with storage but am so so disappointed in how they have handled delivery of my storage items and the invoicing. It's been like dealing with a totally different company. The first issue was that the agreed delivery date got changed, they said a bigger job had come up. Absolutely awesome service from start to finish. Moving is so stressful and the team took most of the move day stress away! They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and handled all our personal belongings with care and respect. Everything ran so smoothly from the initial enquiry, booking, move day and payment.
