Rip off - do not use these removalists - overcharged , damaged our furniture and did not tell us .Removal was a lounge, bed + 7 boxes to 5 minutes down the road charged us for 4 hours plus added a 3rd person - we disputed the bill - charged our credit card without authority- You have been dealing with my wife - albeit poorly - if this is not a true reflection of your business - we will await your legal response
It was a tough day, bad weather, lifts , aggressive ranger moving the truck - but 4 people 12 hours to move a two bedroom apartment $4k and they broke things throwing boxes around Not their previous standard and much more expensive. So disappointing but we are in.
