Joe at Premier Remodelers is great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable about the work. His pricing beat other estimates I got for a roof replacement. I have solar panels on my roof and had a major issue with solar company about removing the to get a new roof, Joe went above and beyond in helping me find a way to get the solar company to do the right thing. Premier Remodelers replaced our original 30-year-old aluminum siding with vinyl siding, plus a door-surround, soffet and fascia. My husband installed siding for my his father’s business, so we know when the job is done right. They fully explained what would be done, what materials would be used, how to prepare the interior and exterior, and what to expect while they were on the job site. Joe Rodriguez was fantastic, very responsive & proactively helped us with our insurance company to find the best solution for our home. We met Joe at an Annapolis Home Expo and knew right away that we could trust him to transform our rancher with Certainteed Cedar Impressions Shingles. He hit the nail on the head and gave us the look we wanted. He also arranged getting insulation blown into our drafty home in tandem with the scheduled day one teardown his men were doing...All for a seamless job. We love how it turned out and we appreciated the skill of his workcrew. We are happy customers !
I was devasted when I learned that my builder did not put insulation under my siding and needed to replace my siding after only being in my house 13 years. I got two estimates before I met with Joe at Premier Home Remodeling. Not only was his price the lowest among the bids received, but the quality of his work was exceptional. Amazing, crew came in and did a fine, fine job on the roof. Picked up around the house, Left the grounds in better shape than when they arrived.
