📣 Premier is aptly named👏; the body is a wonderful instrument except when we don’t have homeostasis then we must explore our options for restorative health! I was diagnosed with a R shoulder “Impingement”; my perspective? continuous, repetitive motion and use sprinkled with being a member of the geriatric population! Plan: PT 2x/week and nine (9) home exercises which I’ve been doing religiously!
