I’ve had two sessions so far with Crystal and she is excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to a full recovery and back to golf and Pickleball in the near future!
I recently started PT after lumbar fusion surgery and am seeing Dr. Chrystal Clark, She is very thorough and detail focused on her evaluation, in office sessions and what to work on at home including more than just the exercises such as proper nutrition for healing and strength. Her professionalism and knowledge more than outweigh the check in process (on computer kiosk and virtual so may have to wait). There online portal with appointments, tracking log and treatment plan works great.
I have been receiving physical therapy at Premier Rehab in Northlake for 6 weeks, I highly recommend this clinic especially Dr Kelly my primary therapist, Dr Laurie and PTA, Seth, very informative, supportive with progress. Dr Kelly went above and beyond by connecting me with an orthopedic surgeon to further explore diagnostic evaluations. I am thankful I was able to go to Premier after my (2nd) knee replacement. After my first knee replacement, I went to a different physical therapy. It was a nice facility and really nice staff members, but I was in therapy for four months, and the therapists were not very hands-on with my knee. During therapy at Premier, Matt was hands-on with my knee EVERY session. Thanks to Matt and staff, I was done with therapy in just under 2 months!
I was really happy with my experience here. The staff was great!
