Cal did such an amazing job resurfacing my shower. I had previously got it done with another company the beginning of 2024 , and almost within a month it was already chipping, and there was residue from whatever they use left over around my bathroom. I explained it to cal cause I thought maybe it was something I did wrong and he assured me it was nothing I did, explained the process to me of how everything works , what to expect after and the precautions as far as when it’s safe for me and my dog to return. In this world were google search reviews affect people, I just want to leave this 5 star message to potential customers and to the Premier Team. The tech that was sent to my apartment has such a knack for his craft. He also has great customer service skills, great time management, attention to detail and smelt great, too! He did way more than just address the initial problem....he want around the bath tub base and spruced it up and really made the bath tub look BRAND NEW. This company refinished the tub in my apartment. Absolutely terrible job refinishing. They do not take proper ventilation protocols seriously, and when we came back to our apartment >48 hours later, the apartment smelled so strongly of odors it made my nose burn. None of the apartment windows were opened up when we came to help with ventilation. By 48 hours, (by their papers) the tub was supposed to be cured and usable (just not hold water).
