The apartment owners selected this company to "upgrade" the apt into which I moved. The craftsmanship was very sub-par. Not sure if the techs were lazy, disinterested, not attentive to detail or simply greedy. The tub is quite dirty; baseboard is discolored; the toilet rocks back and forth; the counter surface has a hair trapped under the finish. Not permitted to use bath mat or safety strips. Makes it extremely unsafe for anyone with a disability.
Hired by my apartment complex to resurface my tub. Did an okay job (some noticeable imperfections) but the 1 star comes from leaving my bathroom a mess, and leaving PEE and toilet paper in my toilet, unflushed
Cal did such an amazing job resurfacing my shower. I had previously got it done with another company the beginning of 2024 , and almost within a month it was already chipping, and there was residue from whatever they use left over around my bathroom. I explained it to cal cause I thought maybe it was something I did wrong and he assured me it was nothing I did, explained the process to me of how everything works , what to expect after and the precautions as far as when it’s safe for me and my dog to return. Stephanie was able to schedule counter and tub refinishing same day and Calvin did a fantastic job!!! The communication and quality of work is unmatched.
We love this company! Javelin is the best tech by far. His work is meticulous. Everyone is always so professional and responsive. Highly recommend using this company for all your resurfacing needs!
