AVOID this company like the plague. Our company initially hired Premier Technology Group to repair a Xerox printer that was having issues printing yellow. After several "trial-and-error" replacement parts that they installed and charged us for, we ended up spending over $2,000 in parts and labor that did not repair the problem (for a printer that cost us $2,500). I have dealt with many computer repair shops, and have never been charged for parts that did not fix the problem.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karren and Paul. Both are knowledgable, respond in a timely manner and here is the kicker - kind. They seem to really care if your product is or is not meeting your needs, really try to get service to you in a timely manner, and are sensitive to small businesses. In the fast-paced often impersonal technology service sector, these folks are a standout. Highly recommend.
