This was the worst appliance we ever have bought in 50 years. It arrived in an unblemished/undamaged shipping container/box. The oven door was pressed around the framing with ripples so predominate that out didn't fit. Every time the oven door is opened, the side door pops open. Both these doors are so poorly formed at the factory that they bulge pout past the 36" width by a full 1/2 inch. It's the lowest standard of manufacturing imaginable. Oven itself is probably a 3 star, but the customer service is 5 star. I called with an issue and an actual person answered. They shipped whay I needed efficiently and we are back to cooking again.
