Took my daughter in for an X-ray since we didn’t know if she had a broken bone. Called next business day to check the status of the results. Was told they hadn’t been read yet. Called a week from the appointment to check and was told they hadn’t been read yet and they were going to escalate the images. Within 30 minutes had the results through MyChart. If you’d like to know what’s causing you pain, I wouldn’t suggest going to this facility since other reviews seem to be similar to our situation.
10 days and counting for CT results. I had a CT because I am in a great deal of pain, not for fun. While I realize my case is probably not considered an emergency, there is no excuse for having to wait this long for CT results. When I called my dr., I was told there is a “radiologist shortage.” If this is the case, WHY aren’t patients made aware at the time of their CT that it could take weeks, or more, just to have the scan read? Waiting a week or longer is unacceptable to get ultrasound results. It will be a week tomorrow and no one can tell me the results will be done. No radiologist because they are switching providers. So 1 week? 2 weeks???I'm having surgery! I need results. Had I known this I never would have gone to premier mount pleasant! I hope they give me a response to this review
