By far the rudest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mind you the only thing I was trying to do was schedule a CT scan for my husband. The lady (Debra) hung up on myself and BCBS while trying to schedule the appointment. The staff was not willing to help or answer any questions. Instead their answer was consistently to just cancel the appointment and call back later. I guess so they could hang up on me again. March 16, 2026 and easy experience. Check in was easy and I like how they have locking cabinets for your personal stuff.
First off, this review is mainly for the billing department at Premier Radiology. It is a joke. If i could give less than one star I would. I talked to no less than 3 different people and they could not help me. I called back to the normal phone number for appointments and asked if there was anyone who i could speak to besides them and she said no. It seems to be outsourced and it is horrible!!!!
The facility is fine, the tech was wonderful, but billing is an utter nightmare. It's a nightmare each and every time. I'll never go back simply because of the billing.
