First off, this review is mainly for the billing department at Premier Radiology. It is a joke. If i could give less than one star I would. I talked to no less than 3 different people and they could not help me. I called back to the normal phone number for appointments and asked if there was anyone who i could speak to besides them and she said no. It seems to be outsourced and it is horrible!!!!
The facility is fine, the tech was wonderful, but billing is an utter nightmare. It's a nightmare each and every time. I'll never go back simply because of the billing.
Let me just talk about MS VONDA ! What a beautiful sweet soul she is. I was extremely nervous, and she just assured me everything was gonna be fine. Her precious words comforted me. As I’m sure most will agree, when you’re not feeling your best and there’s someone to ease your concerns, well…. that means the world to you.
