Tori was so sweet and helped ease my nerves during my MRI. What a difference that makes having someone like her take care of you. I highly recommend this location than the others in the area. I liked how the lobby wasn't jam-packed with people, including the waiting room in the back near where the procedures are performed. I appreciate the privacy.

Moving from Brooklyn, New York and relocating to Nashville, Tennessee, meant reestablishing my medical care. The staff members are amazing and so friendly, but I cannot give this place more than a single star because such a disappointing experience with the radiologist. As a patient, I didn’t fully understand the medical terms or procedure and asked for more information. Instead of providing clear explanations, she responded in a condescending and dismissive manner, making me feel as if I should have already known everything. I had a breast needled biopsy, and nobody told me that I had to wear a tight bra after it. I came without a bra, and the person told me it was fine, and that I should just hold the cold pad on it. I read later, after having a huge bruise on half of my breast, that a bra was required to avoid that for at least 48 h, which I didn’t do because nobody told me so.
