Just was there today at the Premiere radiology in Gallatin. Pam from mammo .. Wonderful, kind, friendly, gentle efficient thank you, Pam The woman that checked me in with a beautiful turquoise ring I don’t remember her name was so kind as well. I felt immediately when I walked in there I was in good hands. And the younger girl that did my bone density test today was wonderful as well.
I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. I recently had a CT scan and wanted to recognize the gentleman who performed it (I didn’t catch his name). He had such a positive attitude and genuinely seemed to care about making patients feel comfortable. I’m not a fan of IVs, but he walked me through each step, explained what to expect, and checked in throughout the process. His calm, reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful appointment much easier.
Pam is the absolute best!!! She is so very kind, but professional as well! I drive 45 minutes to come to this location because of her!!!
I’d like to compliment Pam at Premiere Radiology for her caring professionalism in performing a mammogram. I also appreciate that she took the time to answer my questions.
Today, I went in for my first ever CT. To say I was nervous is a complete understatement. I envisioned something like the movie "Final Destination". Ridiculous, I know. From the get go, everyone was so extremely professional and above all, friendly. The young lady that took my x-rays (forgive me, I forgot her name) was a joy. She was such a sweetheart.
