Darrell didn’t know it, but he saved me today. I’ve been begging for answers since April for some ongoing abdominal pain and weight loss. I was patient the first 2 months for diagnostics, tests, and results, but the last 2 months have been agonizing. The receptionist are always very nice.
Today was my first mammogram and I was seen by DENISE she was great! She made it easy and quick.
I had the best experience with my first MRI thanks to Darrell. He was so genuinely kind and took his time to explain everything and answer my questions. He really helped calm my nerves and ease my anxiety throughout the entire test. I highly recommend him!!
The girl at the last reception desk is just rude and has a ugly attitude second when got there she was outside on the bench right next to the entrance vaping I thought st Thomas facilities were smoke free it even says on the glass door so I won’t be using premier radiology ever again I’ve always recommended y’all but not anymore
