They have nice people working for them but are so understaffed as to render them severely problematic. I have called and receive no call back. I finally had to show up to do a face-to-face to get an appointment but they could not locate my physician's order. They need to be reported to the State.
My experience at Premier was very good. I was waited on and registered in with a friendly lady and did not have to wait long to go back and have my test. The lady who did my test "Pam " was the best. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. We even had a couple of laughs . Thanks for having such a warm and friendly lady on your staff.
