Would not recommend. poor service and attitude. lack of willingness to interact with tenants, or care about safety of their properties.

Premier Property Services is great. Before I bought my condo in an HOA-regulated community, I was very nervous about doing so because of all of the horror stories I had heard about HOAs and the property management companies that manage them. This is the worse company to deal with. I live in Cloverdale Meadows and they manage the HOA. They are all non responsive NEVER returns phone calls and recently I was charged 350.00 for information to sell my property and come to find out the PDF file on HOA documents are free. It has been 2 weeks past closing and I still don’t have the necessary forms from this company. No one returns calls. Everyone is out of the office when you call. Poorly ran company.
