Chelsea Draper is the most unprofessional, petty, and childish office manager I have ever worked with. Her inflated sense of self-worth, arrogance, and fragile ego makes her the worst kind of individual to manage a company. My spouse and I pointed out her (and her staff's) mistakes a couple years back and when proven wrong, she ensured that we received the worst service and experience from her and her staff going forward. Complete incompetence .. the worst of any HOA companies I have experienced in 2 decades. Our monthly fees would be better spent elsewhere ..
Would not recommend. poor service and attitude. lack of willingness to interact with tenants, or care about safety of their properties.
Premier Property Services is great.
