Was my first experience with a lawyer and it was horrible. No doubt, they were likely extremely busy after the last few years of damages in FL. First of all they were anxious to send over a contract, but there was a whole lot of nothing after that. PPL says they update monthly or when anything changes. I never once got updated, although they did nothing for 5 months. Absolutely nothing.
