They charged me over $100 per ticket for general entry seats ($32)to an auditorium. Wouldn’t refund!
I’ve worked with events for over a decade all over the country and this is by far the worst production team I’ve ever worked with. As someone born and raised in Alabama, I am truly ashamed of their manners and work ethic.
I was told about an event that started at a certain price on a certain day. Turns out, not only was the day to start purchasing tickets a day after the tickets actually went on sale, but the tickets were also advertised as 5x less than the actual price. A big let down all the way around.
