I had Mohs surgery performed by Dr. Ahern, and I had an overall positive experience. I found him and his staff to be kind and compassionate. I felt like I was in good hands for the entire process. The procedure went smoothly, and my scar is now fading. My only negative was that I did not expect the scar to be as big as it is, but given the concern is medical not cosmetic, I can live with it.
They were very rude on the phone. I was returning an expected phone call from their number and when the lady answered she was very short and sounded annoyed and just said “Okay? So how can I help you?” And then said she couldn’t help me because they were a surgical clinic. I clarified that I was returning THEIR phone call and asked if maybe there was a mistake regarding a different link to the same phone number and she said “nope” and hung up. Very unprofessional and impolite.
