So... I came to this shop thinking they would do individual copying (like for retail customers). But... they typically didn't but they decided to do it anyway for me - I appreciated theie gesture and they offered it to me at a decent price - better than kinkos. But... then I actually had a commercial project I was interested in getting a quote on which they eagerly agreed to meet with me.
