Having me wait hours for you to print a piece of paper is diabolical.
Every time I go for my appointment the wait time gets longer and longer use to not be like this im about to find a new doctor
We have been using Premier for years and they are absolutely amazing! The receptionist are super sweet and willing to help you with absolutely anything, the offices are always clean, and the staff in the back is amazing! My husband, I, and our two year old have seen merely everyone in the building all of which take their time to answer your questions no matter how many people are in the lobby. Front desk people are rude they can't get a prescription sent to a pharmacy they can't get a referral sent anywhere in a timely manner and then you have to ride their a$$ about it Dan don't get me even started on the slowest person in the whole place the person that draws blood she must be related to the doctor because she should be fired only thing I can say is Amber's nice and the doctor's good but the rest of the staff two thumbs down
