This place is seriously a joke. They obviously overbook appointments. I had a 10:00 AM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early as requested, and still sat there for over an hour past my appointment time before even being called back—for a SIMPLE physical. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. Lobby is full of people who have been waiting for hours. I have gone to this place most of my life off and on and it's good sometimes and other times it's not mainly the nurse practitioners they have there. There is one specifically her name is Odell I think it's Audra she is absolutely terrible. She gave me a hard time over something very important and then the next appointment admitted to giving me a hard time because she thought I was lying and all I asked for was imaging which to her reply was well you're going to have to do a Year's worth of physical therapy I had been going ... read more
