Cindy was great. She listened to my issues about my previous provider. The office staff are very friendly.
I've read the reviews and here's what I think , Audra is my PA I like her very much , I've had my problems as others like long holds from receptionist, however it's a small town and they are providing a service to many who do not want to drive to ft Smith , Muskogee or telaquah.i get that ..I moved here from okc and never researched the medical facilities available...lol smh but for the convenience and care this place is tolerable and if I stay on top of my own medical needs and voice those needs they are adequate. This place is ridiculous!! My son had an appointment 3:45pm today and I called and told them we would be 5mins late (which is their grace period) I get there at 3:50pm and get told they have to reschedule bc I was late and I said I was only 5 mins like the period said you can be and she said will our clocks are a little fast. I’ve never been late before and the only reason I was late today bc I didn’t even know he had an appointment until I got a text yesterday saying he had one and then I jumped thru hoops at work to be abl... read more
