I’ve met with Dr. Shetty once for an annual appointment last year which went well. For my next annual 2025, I’ve been trying to make an appointment for months (which is now overdue). Calling the number (multiple times) listed above takes me to, what I guess is a call center, their response is “I will send the message to the office and you will get a call back”. Dr. Shetty is an excellent doctor and provides very honest feedback. The office always responds very quickly with appointments and I always feel welcomed there. They seem to genuinely care about their patients.
Called before the appointment to follow up on forms they wanted filled out prior to the appointment since we never received them. They took a message and never called back. Then when we went to the appointment, everything was closed and told us they had no record in the system. Terrible experience with scheduling staff and unprofessional.
Dr. Sameer Shetty and staff are always prompt in responding to any concerns we have. We feel heard, cared for and never rushed. I recommend them!
Amazing experience! Doctor Shetty is not only a wonderful doctor but a wonderful person. Very well versed in his craft and very understanding of the patient. Every time I visit Dr. Shetty I feel very comfortable and welcomed. Top tier at his profession, I have been visiting Dr. Shetty for around 4 years and I can’t be more pleased with the relationship I have built with him.
