Staff did not return 2 messages for them, on 3rd call got laughed at by staff member. outgoing message clearly states will return all calls within 24 hours, they Failed Miserably.
This is the best urgent care I've ever been to.Tawana Cunningham the nurse practitioner is awesome. She has the best personality and knows her stuff. This is the second time I've been here and I've never waited more the 20 minutes to be seen. Both times I got there early mind you, but none the less we were taken care if immediately and with care. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone.
The best staff ever. Very caring, compassionate, understanding and they really do care about your health and well being. It's not just about a paycheck with these folks, they are like family.
Tawana is one of the best humans I've ever met. Very polite and caring, I would go back anytime. She deserves a raise! 😆
