Dr talks about other patients information loudly in hall for all to hear. And she had another patients medical reports right in my room for my visit so idk if she was now reading off wrong lab work

Very fast and friendly staff. Always gets me in and out but still catches up on chit chat about family and how I’m doing 🤗 9/10 UPDATE: this review was when Taylor was my PNP there and she was great. Somehow, my last review of the current doctor got removed, but the reason I have left this practice is because of the robotic personality I received my last visit. Updated: this place has definitely changed in the last year. The owners had a family tragedy, and Taylor, the amazing NP that my whole family saw left. I feel for them in this situation, I truly do. But it’s been a year of allowing them to get back on their feet, with no improvements. One practitioner has taken over the caseload of three, so the wait is always atrocious now—where I never had to wait before. She also doesn’t ever remember me or my health history. Without Taylor Thomas, this place has turned into a hole - an overly scented one, too, guaranteed to give a migraine to anyone who, like me, is sensitive to perfume/air freshener (I asked, this scent is piped through the HVAC). My appointment was at 3:15, and it was a six-month follow-up. Doc. Is great, no complaints there, but they have messed up the billing for every single visit we've had. They did correct 2 or 3 of the issues but refuse to correct the rest. Exp. Our insurance covers well child/yearly exams and labs at 100% IF it's coded correctly. 5 out of 5 yearly visits had issues with the billing. Tried time after time to get it resolved and was given the runaround.
