Ive never been one to leave reviews for a business. I just move on to something better. I recently had the most unreal, rude, unorganized and insanely unprofessional experience at an office that I’ve ever had that I felt warranted a review. Because of that review I posted this is what happened today with this office I’ve been going here for several months as well as my family. Long wait times. I’m usually waiting 45 minutes after my appointment to be seen by the doctor. The front desk is never welcoming and I’ve never truly felt comfortable at this office.
Horrible customer service from the person who runs the facility. 10/10 would never recommend.
If I could rate this office 100 stars, I seriously would. The whole care team was so thoughtful and helpful, they spent so much time with me and made me feel like I truly mattered. The best office I think I’ve been to, truly.
I have been a patient here since this practice opened and brought all of my children here as well. Our care was primarily with Dr. Taylor, and she was exceptional. I wish I knew where she went, but I understand that providers are often discouraged from sharing that information when they leave. I work in healthcare, so I understand why that happens.
