I should have believed the previous reviews and purchased elsewhere. I bought a used trailer and not two weeks into using it the back door falls off the hinges. I'm told it'll be an expensive fix. I understand a used trailer not being under warranty but a faulty item like that should not even be on the lot for some unsuspecting customer to purchase.
Do not buy any building from this person I got this building finance through premier building and it was a repo special as he called it yeah it was special alright I only had the building 3 days and now the roof is leaking when I went to look at the building it had a bunch of sawdust in the floor and I thought that they had renovated the building so I got it come to find out after they delivered it I got the saw dust off the floor and found a bunch of water stains through out the building so pretty much they put all that saw... read more
DO NOT GO HERE! This is a huge scam. The payments and interest are outrageous. I was paying $5,400 for an 8x16 trailer! And they tell you it's buy here pay here and that they don't report to your credit but they will take you to court over the smallest amount. If you want to return the trailer and they have to come pick it up they will charge you. If you drop the trailer off when the payments are current and you don't make an appointment to drop it off you are still liable for the trailer if anything happens to it. Save your... read more
