I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience deserves one. I understand the contract states the company is not responsible for underground utilities. However, that does not excuse an installer from acting carelessly. Before the anchors were installed, I specifically mentioned that there could be a water line in the area. Despite that, no effort was made to locate or avoid underground utilities before drilling. As a result, the installation damaged both my sprinkler line and an underground electrical wire.
