This is my second shed purchased from Premier Portable Buildings. I got my shed sooner than they thought it would be done. My other one was a week after the due date, but they were slammed with work and had a truck breakdown. These are normal things that happen in business. I was fortunate to get this one early. Thank you guys! It happened to be delivered in the rain, the guy that set it spot on. I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience deserves one. I understand the contract states the company is not responsible for underground utilities. However, that does not excuse an installer from acting carelessly. Before the anchors were installed, I specifically mentioned that there could be a water line in the area. Despite that, no effort was made to locate or avoid underground utilities before drilling. As a result, the installation damaged both my sprinkler line and an underground electrical wire.
