Horrible company,doesn't take care of problems they said they would fix. Cany get anybody on the phone even at the dealer I bought from. The eave was falling down when delivered,now it's been 2 months and nothing. Don't buy from these peolpl. The owner texted me and said someone would be in touch. 2 weeks later nothing. Who cares if the roof and siding has a good warranty the wont do anything about it
Came to property under the guidance that the building on marketplace was for sale still. They told me I would have the in a week. After making a deposit for the building I received a phone call telling me it was not available after I left the property. I was told I would have to purchase a new one if I wanted the size I paid for. After waiting for about week or so I decided to cancel. I rent a building from here and it's okay, honestly probably not worth it if you're just getting a small one because I have a 12 by 8 and honestly I could just buy one for the amount I'm renting it. I still owe 2,500 thousand plus interest and I've had it for a year, I could buy one from facebook for cheaper. It's super nice though and they offer amazing buildings, the people that work here are also very very kind and patient, I think it's just only worth it if you're buying a very big one.

We were lucky and caught a sale. I'm having the portable building built exactly like I want. Very easy to work with.
