The manager of this company was awesome and so were the employees who helped me. I had another company cancel my delivery the day before my event, which was my outdoor wedding! I called 5 other companies trying to find someone to help me. Some charged me 3x the amount for rush delivery and others simply told me they couldn’t do it. This was my second time using Premier. In 2020, I had zero complaints and would have rated them highly. I was going to use them again for the summer of 2021 & scheduled a delivery. Everything was paid for. I never was given a drop off date. I reached out a few days later to cancel the delivery because my summer plans changed. I was told the driver was in the building and nothing was loaded onto the truck. They told me I would receive a refund. They subtracted $100 for the cancellation!! They claimed it was for a delivery fee... read more
Porta Potty delivered & pick up in timely manner. It was nice & clean. The driver has an beautiful South Africa accent by the way🤷♀️
