Horrendous experience in every way
Poor customer.service. They dont deserve a star, but could not leave my review without selecting one. They never keep their word. I have so many issues with my pool, and they never ever address them. My pool liner is wrinkled and puckered. The coping around the pool is of poor quality they were to come and fix it, but that never happened.. There are highs and lows on the coping,, trip hazards, grout lines are horrible. There are gaps between the coping and the top of the liner, never came to fix that either.
