I’m only giving one star because I can’t choose zero stars. We had a meeting that lasted 2 hours to go over design of our pool. That was 2.5 months ago. Still no rendering of the project and quote on cost. I’ve asked three times for the info, all three times I’ve been promised the quote by the end of the day. Nothing. Don’t use Premier Pools. What a joke of an office!
We put in a pool at the end of 2021. We did a handful of bids. PPA wasn’t the cheapest, wasn’t the most expensive either. We almost didn’t use them due to the reviews previously were low stars, but felt quality and warranty and timeline they committed to was best for us. We had a pool installed a year ago. They still have not finished. We have made several phone calls, emails and texts. Nothing! They refuse to come out. We have warranty issues now (cover, lights) and when we called the cover company who installed the original cover they won’t come because they were never paid by Premiere. Funny … they took plenty of my money!! Don’t use them. Unfortunately, they turned out to be just like the others.
This dam has been a good God sent. I m am the biggest pan customer in the history of ever. Adam doesn't care on bit he is always answering my questions 24/7 I would these guys in New York sec!!!!!
Pool took way longer then expected but that was not even the worst of it. We paid them the final payment before they were done and we had a punch list of all things needing to be done. Top of the list was a spa that doesn’t hold water. Well here we are a year has passed and I still do not have a spa that holds water. The contractor Mike doesn’t respond to any calls or text so I decided to get the owner involved and he has the same sort of response.
