Here is an update from my previous review on December 4th, 2024. The worksite has been cleaned up. Still waiting for the fountain that was knocked over by the person carelessly handling the backhoe to be reassembled (as promised). Not sure if someone has come to fix this piece of coping (it is definitely an eyesore). Communication about our concerns improved for two weeks, then stopped. The pool was “completed” October 2024. Never received any paperwork or warranty information.
