Premier Pools and Spas are just great people. Every crew from the excavation crew all the way to the plaster crew were very friendly and very accommodating. They built my pool in 57 days!! From excavation to the finished product in 57 days and the pool is gorgeous. I was very involved in the pool build. Every crew answered all my questions in a very professional manner. We met with Premier Pools salesperson, J.T. Head in late January 2026 to discuss our interest in having a pool. We met twice with him to have a general discussion of our wants & needs in a pool, and to select colors, tile, pavers and so on. We felt these discussions were always productive and informative. Construction on our pool began early February 2026. They can't handle criticism. Crying over a bad review
After talking about getting a pool for well over 2yrs we finally pulled the trigger and we are so happy that we did. Ana never once made it seem like we were wasting her time the several times she came out to give us quote after quote for the 2 years we had her back and fourth! Robert the project Manager was great! Always communicated the process and delays that came up. We never felt like we were in the dark or getting ghosted. The ground team was amazing too!! Respected our space as their own.
