We weren’t the lowest maintenance clients Sam and Mickey have ever dealt with, but they listened to what we wanted, were always responsive to texts and calls, rolled with the punches, and ultimately delivered a unique and beautiful pool. My personal recommendation: say yes to a “weeping wall.”
Our experience was great. Each step was very thought out and explained thoroughly, telling when things were going to be done and why they were in this sequence. It was a very professional process. Both Mickey and Chuck kept us informed via a group text message and after working through the process I would consider them both friends. Great job. Our pool is beautiful.
The communication and service has been outstanding! I would highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas. From start to finish Sam & Mickey where on top of everything.
Reasons I would not recommend this company: -Main electrical feed buried not to code initially -Tanning ledge/ Baja shelf not installed correctly -Extremely difficult time getting a hold of company -Company had to come out repeatedly to fix and clean issues -Overall it took a year to complete what was supposed to be a 6 week project - My fence was damaged
This was our first ever pool build experience and it was such a smooth and enjoyable process! 10/10 would recommend the Kerry Culberson & Justin Urbano crew. We had a good idea of what we wanted and PPS-HOT brought it to life quickly and efficiently. We’re looking forward to many amazing summers creating lifelong memories with our friends and family with this new pool!
