Everyone beware of Steve boyer he is a thief and has stolen alot of people's down-payments......Steve you will be caught......he recently closed his store in Brandon ms....and probably in Arkansas now
We started our pool in November 2022. We did not have a good experience with Premier Pools and Spas. We had to replace the tile 3 times. Initially the wrong tile was used, because Matt failed to make change on contract. The 2nd time is because tiles were broken, crooked, and just sloppy work. Our pool finish looks terrible. We have a missing tile in our pattern and white splotches all throughout. Our hot tub is crooked and to date we still don't have the correct heater. We had to do pool cleanup ourselves. We are first time pool owners and we were very nervous about the whole experience. Bradley our salesman did a great job throughout the process keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. Kelly was fantastic in helping us order some things along the way also. John Parsons who did our electrical equipment has been a huge help since we have zero experience. Pool turned out awesome and we couldn’t be more excited. Thanks to all of the staff for being so helpful and patient.
Great company! All the contractors were professional and did above quality work. Bradly the salesman stayed in contact with us through the entire build, day or night even some weekends when we had questions about anything. Pool was completed well within the time frame given to us before the project was started. Patience is a virtue during a pool build.
