I have called them 3 times since mid November and poke to Marie who said I would get a call back to get a quote to have my pool re-plastered. We are in Dec. and still haven’t received a call back from Brandon who she said would be calling back. Time move on to Burketts Pool Plastering instead.
From the very start we knew we had found the right company to help us with our dream pool! When we first met with Adela she was very informative and knowledgeable from questions about requirements from the city down to the details of design for our perfect pool. The representative was an hour late to the first meeting. "Wouldn't happen again. I'll have an itemized bid to you next week." I followed up via text three weeks later asking to get the bid by the end of the forth week. "I'll have it tomorrow." I followed up the fourth week. "I didn't have time to complete the design within your timeline. You said you had other companies that would be part of the bit.
