Premier Pools and Spas blew us away! Kyle and his team were incredibly organized throughout the whole process from design, permits, inspections, the work crews, and the communication was exceptional! This was a dream for us and this company DELIVERED! (and to our project manager Chad, those basking rocks you designed and chose…you nailed it! She loves them!)
A+ hands down from start to finish! From the first phone call to have a designer come out, to the office visit to view the design, every trade that came from the dig to the equipment start up was awesome! We couldn’t be more happy! I have called them 3 times since mid November and poke to Marie who said I would get a call back to get a quote to have my pool re-plastered. We are in Dec. and still haven’t received a call back from Brandon who she said would be calling back. Time move on to Burketts Pool Plastering instead.
