Efren and Premier Pools were great. They installed our pool, and everyone loves it. They delivered on schedule with no hassles. They handled everything from permits to the HOA. The entire team communicated clearly and remained professional. We are starting our 3rd summer with the pool, and there haven’t been any issues. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
We had a great experience working with Jim designing our pool to fit our yard & desires. After a quick conversation and look, Jim offered this incredible design with the features we were looking for - the baja shelf, a raised hot tub and some waterfalls! The crews involved from digging to tilework and cement were all courteous and open about communication. We had an amazing experience working with Ethan and Chad on our pool project. Ethan was incredible throughout the entire process. We went back and forth on designs for over a year, and he never once made us feel rushed or like we were asking for too much. Premier Pools out of Salida did a great job with our pool build a few years ago. They completed ahead of schedule and the finish work was exactly what we were looking for. But I’m actually posting about their follow through with a warranty issue. Our Polaris Cuattro pool cleaner wasn’t working very well. I called and they sent someone down (who showed up when they said they would) and he determined it needed to be replaced. They took care of everything.
