Worst company ever. My understanding is they are now out of business. I have been emailing them over a year to make a repair. Constantly say they will send someone out and they never do. Tim from Oasis will lie and swindle you. Mike Black never returns calls or emails. Very similar experience as other reviewer. They completely lie about what they are selling and what you are getting. I'm writing this as a warning to potential customers of Premier Pools, formally known as Oasis Pools and Spas, of Las Cruces New Mexico. I'm building a new home in Las Cruces and on December 15, 2015 signed an agreement with Premier to install a Viking Pool. Work began on the pool in April of 2016. As the project progressed, I became aware of several irregularities between what I believed I had purchased and what was being installed.
