I must say that i feel fortunate that our pool is finally complete. We were frustrated and then patient once Ed found out about our leaking problem and rough bottom. He got his crew to make us priority and we are now happily swimming in our pretty pool. Continue to communicate and be the squeaky wheel as they work through their staffing and over booking problems. I believe they will finally make things right as they did with us.
I must say that 3 months later we finally have our pool done! It was a long process but we found that they worked hard to take care of us and made sure things were completed correctly. Their employees Kevin and Eric were diligent in making sure that things were done right. We are now finally swimming! Please don't give up, i believe that they are trying to dig their way out of a rough summer.
I must tell you that i feel fortunate that we finally have our pool finished. PP&P fixed and finished everthing that we asked them to. It paid to be the squeaky wheel and we made sure to stay in contact with them while they worked through their staffing and overbooking problems. Our pool is now complete and looks wonderful. Kevin and Eric worked hard to make sure that they were completing work that they were proud of. Please BEWARE! I would not recommend this company due to the difficulties in getting them not just to show up, but to do the job correctly. The subpar workmanship was so obvious and we pointed out many flaws and have to beg them to correct problems through many many phone calls. We are not high maintenance customers, we just wanted them to put in our new liner without the pool leaking and without a rough bottom.
