I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new pool they were easy to work with no surprises and they did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it
100% recommend Premier Pools of SW Florida. Mike and Keith are very personable and great to work with. When we had a question, they were available and Keith was here for a lot of the process. All of the contractors were great and very meticulous. We are so happy that we chose Premier Pools, we love our new backyard Oasis! Thank you Keith and Mike!
From the point of sale with Mike to the end of the build with Keith and his subcontractors, with easy approved inspections, they are top notch. Keith and Mike are honest, full of knowledge and willing to share it with you. picking a pool is the easiest part, knowing what you are getting and having options to choose from can be a challenge if the builder does not take the time to educate you. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with Premier Pools of SW FL! The design and finished result was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Keith, the owner, is incredible to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and truly a perfectionist. You can tell he takes pride in every detail. Our pool turned out better than we imagined, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Horrible experience continues after taking 53 weeks to complete. Run away!!!! They contractor everything out and do not supervise them. Just got a quote for $24k to fix sinking pool deck on a pool that's only 2 1/2 yrs old. This doesn't include all the cracked tiles and leaks. And yes, we've had a few leaks repaired with more currently near the water line where the cracking tiles are. Leaking, sever cracking, concrete sinking after only a couple yrs.
