Mike is amazing and super responsive!! We had a new liner installed this summer and the staff were professional and their attention to detail was spot on! Recently we had an issue with our liner and all the rain! Without fail Mike corrected the problem and we are good to go! I would highly recommend Mike and his guys for any pool concerns!!
I had several issues arise with my inground pool and my installer and previous maintenance guy were of no use to me. Premier Pools was recommended to me, and I couldn’t be happier with them! They were quick to the scene and very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to my issues…not to mention very reasonably priced. I will always recommend Premier Pools to anyone who asks me “if I know a guy”!
One year and 3 days ago Mike and his team (Rick, Mont'e, Danny and Nick) were more than amazing. I can't speak enough about the work ethic and attention to detail they had during the whole project. Mike told me he wanted our experience to be seamless and low stress and he delivered. We visited with multiple pool companies, some big local names and others were small, but in the end Mike's AquaLux Poolscapes won us over and turned out backyard from a wet, patchy mosquito breeding zone into our personal Oasis. Trust me when I say I am beyond thankful to have found Mike and his crew to help with our pool renovation project. This was a huge undertaking and Mike guided us through the entire project with solutions and options for everything. His crew began work in Feb and even when it had snowed the night before they still showed up and worked for days in freezing temps! They showed up every day, early and worked all day.
