I had a pool installed and 2 years and 3 months later it developed a severe underground plumbing leak. I found out that Premier Pool and Spa in Chandler, AZ had its ROC license revoked. I called the parent company and spoke to Brian Porter who had a warranty company call me and tell me that the plumbing was only covered for 2 years. I informed Brian and all he could say was that he was sorry. I offered to send him pictures of the bad plumbing work but he was not interested.
Terrible.. Stay away from this company. I have read they are going out of business

There were delays in the Clark County approval. The inspector was very strict and I thank her for that.The sales promo was good. We got a free cruise to Mexico.The project was finished, although slightly delayed. The workmanship was "near perfect". I wont complain. The after sales service was terrible. It seems that there is only one person answering to the pool owners concerns. This person doesnt have the common courtesy answer or return you calls promptly. You have to wait for several days. Failed all three city inspections, finished two months late, and a few months after completion the pool sprung a leak. Once I signed the contract, reaching them became almost impossible. They are too busy to properly oversee their subcontractors or talk to their current customers. When I hired them, they only had a couple of BBB complaints, but now they have a bunch. They cant keep up with their workload and cant figure out how to run their business efficiently.
