There were delays in the Clark County approval. The inspector was very strict and I thank her for that.The sales promo was good. We got a free cruise to Mexico.The project was finished, although slightly delayed. The workmanship was "near perfect". I wont complain. The after sales service was terrible. Failed all three city inspections, finished two months late, and a few months after completion the pool sprung a leak. Once I signed the contract, reaching them became almost impossible. They are too busy to properly oversee their subcontractors or talk to their current customers. When I hired them, they only had a couple of BBB complaints, but now they have a bunch. They cant keep up with their workload and cant figure out how to run their business efficiently.
