PPAS in Raleigh, NC is absolutely miserable to deal with. Other than our Project Manager who was the only saving grade (but he could only do so much) the experience with Len, the owner and our sales guy was miserable. The sales guy took months and months to get us anything we requested and tried to overcharge where ever possible even trying to put in an enormous retaining wall that wasn't necessary. I signed a contract with premier pools and spas in March it is now June and no one will not call me back on when they are going to start the build of my pool. I tried to cancel my contract and no one at premier pools and spas in Las Vegas Nv owner Ron B****** and the pool specialist Daniel S**** will not return my emails or phone calls so I can cancel the contract.

Premier Pools and Spas which is REALLY a DBA being Shan Pools is owned by Shan and Mike. I paid 20K written to Premier Pools and Spas and they NEVER started the project and kept the 20K They now owe me a Judgement I won for 20K in Sept 2020 with their contract agreement enforced Arbitration but now they are not fulfilling the Judgement against them for 20K+ plus other costs and have thus far continued to not pay. If I could leave no stars I would. It's been 9 months snd the owner, Barry T*****, and the GM won't return calls or texts. They take the money to the bank snd don't finish the project. It's still not completed. I've hired someone else to finish! It's been nightmare after excuse after crap work after broken promises. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst company ever.im a contractor and they owe me for many jobs that they got payed on but never payed the contractors.now I am forced to file liens on many people's homes to try and get payed.if you get a poll from them the chances are very high that a lien will be placed on your home and you will have to pay again to have it removed.read the reviews it's happening to many of their customers.dont get roped in and don't do business with them .

Once a dream call now I am mud pool. It took this company over six months to build out this project and it still not complete. There are bigger projects in Milton Alpharetta which they boosted about because they had big money or more priority. They failed to irrigate and properly Handle the drainage of my backyard after promises and promises made in writing. I would select zero stars if it was an option. PPAS Dallas has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still waiting on them to plaster our pool for TWO YEARS. We signed a contract in 2017 for a project with PPAS Dallas and they have yet to complete many parts of the project nor have they completed or plastered the pool that was to be complete by July 2018. Do not do business with this company. They don't return phone calls. They can't communicate with themselves. We eventually discovered that the salesman could not be trusted. Trips to the office yielded no results. We had at least 3 construction foreman. One of them took off with a box of pool supplies that I paid for. After a year we are still dealing with an issue
