Excellent service with skilled tradesmen who turned up on time and on budget (unlike our previous experience with another large company!:) We elected to tile the pool and to have a curved shape, which adds to the budget however we are very happy with the finished result!
Thank you Damien, and our project manager Trent, for a top-tier resurface job. Very happy with the finished product, as well as the communication along the way. I got several quotes before starting, and Damien's was competitive. I'll come back and add a pic once we finish the other works around the pool.
Dylan and his pool team were absolutely fantastic. Real quality work, dependable, communicative, no hidden gotchas, and always ready and willing to solve problems. Out of all the trades people that worked on our site, Dylan's team were right up as the best we experienced. If you want a pool done right, go talk with Premier. I should add, the front office who were managing the administrative, engineering and compliance affairs were great too.
Fantastic from start to finish. Brilliant communication, worked with our landscapers fantastically to ensure a quick delivery and the Pool itself runs brilliantly. Our local pool service even said “you’ve been sold a great system” which keeps maintenance low. Recommend every day of the week
We had a great experience from design to build it went well I wish there team had done the rest of the house as they were amazing
