First week using their service. Excellent. In and out efficiently and the pool looks great. Looking forward to more visits. Their pricing structure is what we appreciate and they were able to meet our schedule on when we wanted the service to happen

Beautiful pool but the service… not so much. Communication and follow up can definitely be improved… our pool was “done” in October and as I write this on December 4th, we’re still waiting for them to finish! Unfortunately, not a good of experience as we would have expected for a company that is part of a franchise. Our pool was not cheap - we expected good service at the minimum! I’ll update this when the project is done … my timer is still ticking.
