Excellent job by Roger cleaning the pond, replacing the return flexible PVC water hose and replacing a broken pump. Very thorough and complete job with attention to detail.

Had the team of Roger, Joe and Jake. I was noticing the water level go down in pond consistently for a couple of weeks. I called Premier to tell them, we had a great discussion and first step was to send the crew to clean and look for the issue. The team arrived did a fantastic job of cleaning the pond. Including removing many roots that were pushing the liner down. They also did a great job and noticed a part of the pump probably needed to be swapped out. We have been using Premier Ponds for almost 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased. We bought a home that had a pond and had no idea how to take care of it. We contacted Premier Ponds and spoke with Andrew who listened to our questions and we were told they would be more than happy to help us.
