I’ve been here twice. First with strep. I don’t didn’t really pay attention to the reviews until afterwards and was surprised by all the negative ones. The staff and doctors were really nice, especially considering how foggy my brain was from the pain and I had to have some things repeated. I came back with a rash that turned out to be poison ivy. Amazing medical staff and office staff. Always a friendly, calming atmosphere.
I came here in 2020, and had a poor experience. The doctor was rude and very unpleasant to speak with. We visited in 2024 this year and the experience was terrible also. The staff is so rude and unkind!! The women in this office really need to have better attitudes!! The woman at the front desk was unwelcoming. No one else was there at the time we visited the second time..... I understand why this location is never busy. Their service is the worst I've seen from an urgent care in a long time. They're very slow. Been here waiting in the exam room for over 30 minutes, only 2 people were ahead of us. We got here at 4:10 pm and it's now 5:24 pm on a Tuesday afternoon.
We came in on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one other person in the clinic. We waited over 45 minutes to see the doctor. Finally decided to just leave. The doc saw us leaving and did nothing. Very poor service.
