Such neat and responsible work done by Doug and Emanuel. Doug took time to explain where they were at in the job and at what point we would be without water for a couple of hours. Doug was a great teacher to Emanuel, and great at teaching Emanuel how to do things to his standard. Emanuel had less years of experience, but a valuable assistant. He also noticed a completely separate issue that could have caused Carbon Monoxide poisoning and repaired that as well. He was prompt, professional, friendly and loved our puppy.
