We were having issues with our leaky faucets causing weaker than usual water pressure. Ray fixed us right up, and even showed us how to fix it in the future if it became loose again. Quick, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend!!!

On Monday 26, Ray came out to repair some pipes that had broken but when he showed up jonesborough had just cut the water off so he could not check and make sure what he had done would work. Unfortunately when jonesborough cut the water back on what he had repaired was still leaking. Called ray no answer so finally contacted him through text. He tried telling me it was probably leaking up or down stream from where he fixed it but we could see it was leaking right where he fixed it. He told me he was booked up to call another... read more

We had a pipe burst at 9pm Christmas Eve. Water free flowing through the walls and light fixtures! Christmas day at a hotel and back Monday am to call plumbers. No one could help for days. I called Ray at 3:30p and he answered. Gave us very little hope that he might get to us today..most likely tomorrow...but he would try. At 630p Ray arrived at our home and quickly fixed our pipe! He was the best gift we received this Christmas!! I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much!
