I was very impressed with Chris and his apprentice. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and laid out all my options and made me feel like I had a choice in what I was getting. They were very clean and organized and left me feeling like I paid for an experience and a service. They even did a walk through and diagnosed all my plumbing while they were here. I will be referring Premier plumbing to everyone I know.

All I did was call for An emergency service to see what time and day they were available. They sounded very uninterested and asked if I can wait until next week when I said the drains were flooding in the bathrooms. I said no thank you I’m going to call and see who else is available tonight or tomorrow and then they proceeded to text me and harass me with sarcasm and an attitude because I didn’t want their service and I hung up on them. We called about a possible pipe repair emergency and were met with a very unprofessional business owner. He hung up the phone and then continued to send rude, sarcastic text messages to one of my staff. There was no reason for the attitude. This is not how a business should be run in our city. It’s a bad look and a disservice to other small businesses that actually treat people with respect. Would not recommend.

Premier Plumbing is the best plumbing Co that I have used. I had a emergency and they came out immediately. Corry was very professional and fixed all of the issues I had. He did a wonderful job cleaning up after he was done. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Corry
