I’ve used Premire many times and for me they have been my go to company for issues with plumbing, heat & AC. I was recently in a situation where I needed something repaired immediately and was having trouble coordinating it with my tenant, myself and Premire all at the same time. We were in a jam with a part for our air conditioner and the same day I called and asked if they were able to help, they had me come in and they were able to help me out right away. Polite, professional, and skilled - they got it done for me right away. Really saved us in this little heat wave
Had them come out and basically re-plumb a faucet we have outside. Did they get it done? Yes! However the wreckage that they left behind was unacceptable. They were also unorganized, leaving important tools after giving us the “all done” stuff. Left, and then when we called to tell them we had their stuff, they were so grateful because they couldn’t find their shovel! There are rocks everywhere and it will be impossible to mow the yard until WE clean it up.

This company was so amazing. I left a message on a Thursday evening and heard right back Friday morning. Ryan was sent out and did a great job clearing our sewer line and gave us advice on how to keep it clear. Thank you
