THIEF went into my Grandmothers room for 10 minutes when no one was looking going through here room and stole her wallet containing her Social Security Number, Medicaid Card, so much Photo Memories and $300 in money. This was during a contractor visit scheduled by Invitation Homes to fix our bathroom shower.
Past upset - I contacted them today to confirm some work they previously provided me. Whoever that person was that answered the phone was a tad short with me and claimed they provided me a refund for the terrible service they provided me. Not true - I never received a refund. But what they did do is charge me an additional $1k for a repair I probably didn't need. I asked him to confirm what work I had and of course he didn't want to.
